Fun FREE Family Activities for the Weekend


Between my broken arm and almost a week worth of snow days, we have a serious case of cabin fever!!!  If you are looking to get out and about as well then check out some fun FREE family activities you and your family can get into this weekend!






  • Kindermusik
    • Try a FREE class. Get all the information and a FREE pass here.
    • Classes for children from newborn to age seven
    • Child development through music and movement
    • Immerse your child in a musical atmosphere of play, song, and dance – while developing fundamental skills
    • Connect with other moms, dads, and families


  • Michael’s Kids Club
    • Saturday, February 1st – starts at 10 AM
    • Kids make their own crafty Valentine’s Day treat bags. Suitable for kids ages 3 and up. The cost is $2 per child for a 30 minute reservation. Let your kids explore their creativity while you shop. Sessions start every half hour starting at 10 am. Ending times vary by store. Get more information here.


  • Williams-Sonoma Free Technique Classes {for kids and adults}
    • Saturday, February 1st {for kids} at 9:30 AM
      • Junior Chef Classes -Learn how to make homemade cinnamon rolls. To reserve a spot, contact you closest store right here.
    • Sunday, February 2nd {for adults}
      • Two in the Kitchen: a Valentine’s Day Dinner – Learn how to prepare a stress free dinner for two that includes shaved zucchini salad with lemon, mint and feta, beef tenderloin and shallot with red wine reduction and red velvet molten lava cake.
