If you receive email updates from JCPenny then you may have seen that they will be extending FREE haircuts for kids! After an overwhelming response to the chain’s free haircut program offer for children in August, JCPenny will be making it a permanent offer every Sunday, starting Nov. 4 for children K-6!!!
On another note, JCPenney will also be offering FREE haircuts to breast cancer survivors in October, which is breast cancer awareness month.
I would suggest making an appointment for either offer, however walk-ins are accepted.
